The time really depends on the size of the property, how cluttered it is and the personal definition of tidiness.
Bathroom:
- Full bathroom, including shower 2–3 hours
- Heavy soap scum / hard water add-on: +1–1.5 hours per bathroom
Kitchen surfaces:
- Counters, fronts, sink, stovetop: 1.5–2.5 hours
- Oven interior: +1–1.5 hours
- Fridge interior: +1–1.5 hours
- Microwave: +30 minutes
Floors
- Vac/sweep + mop: at least 1–2 hours per ~500 sq ft
- Lots of pet hair or clutter: +30 minutes to 1 hour
