Availability Request FAQs

What happens after I submit the Request Availability form?

Once submitted, our team reviews your request and checks for available cleaners in your area. We’ll contact you (usually within 24 hours) to confirm if we can match you with someone at your preferred time, or suggest alternatives if needed.

Can I request a specific cleaner?

Absolutely! If you have a preferred cleaner (based on past experience or profile), note their name in the form. We’ll do our best to accommodate this preference, pending availability.

What details should I include in the form?

To help us best assist you, please include your preferred service date/time, the type of cleaning needed (e.g., deep clean, move-out), your address or neighborhood, and any special notes like pets and if you require a cleaner that bring their own cleaning supplies.

How quickly will I hear back?

During business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM EST), we aim to respond within a few hours. Requests submitted after hours will be reviewed first thing the next business day.

What if no cleaners are available at my chosen time?

We’ll reach out to offer nearby availability or recommend rescheduling. You can still submit your request, and we'll work hard to find a suitable match.

Is there a deadline to submit a Request Availability form?

For same-day or next-day requests, it’s best to submit as early as possible. Filling it out at least one business day in advance maximizes your chances of securing a cleaner.
