The time really depends on the size of the property, how cluttered it is and the personal definition of tidiness.

What happens if they don't finish the job?

If the work isn’t finished as scheduled, you can always arrange for additional hours so that we can return on another day to complete the job. You can also select multiple days booking if you prefer that option.

Should I supply the cleaning supplies, or are they provided by the service?

When you book our cleaning service, you’re generally expected to provide the cleaning supplies for your cleaner. However, if you’d prefer not to handle that, you can purchase our Cleaning Supplies Package, and your cleaner will bring all the necessary materials to complete the job.
